Brantford, Ontario. Pickup is generally the easiest; however I can arrange for shipping, at your expense. Address is not listed here, as consultations are by appointment only as I work from my home.

 

What do I bring to the consultation? Does it cost?

I ask that you bring any colour samples and photos that you think will help show me your vision and desires! All clients are offered a FREE 1-hour consultation.

 

What makes your products different from other businesses?

All of my items are handmade with love. I pride myself in quality work, making sure to get each detail customized and personalized for you so that no two products are the same! I also offer affordable solutions and options so that ANY person can get what they want without breaking the bank to do so!
 

What is your return/refund policy?
Since all of our items are custom made refunds/returns are not available.However, Happy Heart Favors & Gifts ensures that you will receive exactly what you paid for - if you have an issue with your item, please feel free to contact me!
 

Are discounts available if I order a large number of favors or other items?
Yes, discounts are available for large orders. Please keep checking my website and Facebook page as promotions may change.
 

What methods of payment are accepted?
Currently I accept payment via PayPal, Cash or EMTs. Orders over $100 require a 50% deposit for materials, along with a signed invoice contract/estimate.

 

What is your pricing like?

• Guest book flowers & hairpieces start at $1.00 and up

• Boutonnieres start at $3.00 and up

• Corsages start at $4.00 and up

• Bouquets start at $25.00 and up

• Gifts start at $5.00 and up

Pricing is based on size, style, variety of items used, and complexity of designs. Prices are also subject to change from time to time.***Please note there is a $25 RUSH fee for any custom order with less than two weeks notice***
